Yvonne Noone a native of Carrick on Shannon has been working at Gallagher Auctioneers for 19 years, Yvonne has seen a lot of changes in the town of Carrick on Shannon and surrounding areas and has a vast amount of knowledge and experience in the local market.Â Yvonne started her property career in the West London market and returned home and continued her interest in property and obtained her Auctioneers Licence a number of years ago and has been working successfully in the in the Leitrim/Roscommon Area.

Yvonne continues to work efficiently & honestly in all aspects of the property market, sales/rentals/property management /valuations and is on the panel of a number of financial institutions (AIB, BOI, EBS) working side by side with them in order to assist clients with all their property queries.Â Yvonne is also a memberÂ of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers) and TEGoVa Residential Valuers which meets with the European Valuation Standards.Â Â

Lucy Kearney from Carrick on Shannon joined our team in 2019. Lucy did a one year course in Certificate in Real Estate Administration in the Technology University of the Shannon: Midlands. She also completed her two year course in Higher Certificate in Business in Real Estate (Valuation, Sale and Management) in TU Dublin and received her auctioneering qualification and PSRA licence in 2022.

Lucy has five yearsâ€™ experience in customer service, administration, rentals, property management and sales. Lucy brings a personable and hardworking approach to all that she meets & prides herself on delivering an exceptional level of service to all her clients.Â
